Have you ever wondered if your pool person was there this week? Would you have a way of knowing? You never have to question whether our service technicians have stopped by. Each week you will receive a check-in email after each visit. This email contains:
What time the technician came and left
What your chemical readings were when they arrived
What was added to your pool that week
A snapshot of the condition of your pool when we left
Any important notes on your pool that week
The technician will also let you know if your pool is currently safe to swim in or needs a few hours to properly redistribute any chemicals added. Also included, a physical picture of your pool so you know our team was on site.
